Cookie Notice

Last updated: 3 September 2026

The short version

marriedtoPDF sets no cookies of its own. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose light or dark mode. That value never leaves your browser.

First-party storage

  • theme — local storage. Remembers your light/dark/system preference so the site does not flash the wrong theme on load. Cleared when you clear site data.

Analytics

When analytics is enabled, it uses a cookie-free service (Plausible or Umami). It does not store anything on your device and does not track you across sites. Analytics is off by default in this build.

Advertising cookies

When advertising is enabled, our advertising provider (for example Google AdSense) may set cookies to measure ad performance and, subject to your consent where required, to show more relevant ads. Where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent before any non-essential advertising cookies are set, and you can change your choice at any time. Advertising is off by default in this build, so no advertising cookies are currently set.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking first-party storage will simply mean the site forgets your theme choice between visits; the tools will still work.
