By using marriedtoPDF (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Service provides browser-based tools for working with PDF and image files. All processing happens on your device. We do not receive, store or have access to the files you process.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for files you own or have permission to modify.
• Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, break the law, or violate anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or misuse it in a way that harms others.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. PDF processing is complex and results may occasionally be imperfect. Always keep your original files and check the output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, marriedtoPDF and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Because files are processed locally, you are responsible for keeping backups of your originals.

Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party websites they link to.

Changes to the Service

We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
